WHAT WE DO

LBA exists to:

• Promote development of accessible, reliable, and affordable broadband Internet access for the underserved in Loudoun County.

LBA achieves this vision by:

• Educating the community about broadband Internet access technology, issues, and legislative activities that directly impact Loudoun County.
• Researching trends and business models, methods and suppliers throughout the Commonwealth.
• Advocating through active engagement of the local community, service providers, industry experts, governmental agencies, and other organizations that share LBA’s goals and values.
