Loudoun County 2022 Fiber Deployment Initiative

On December 13, 2021, Governor Northam announced that Loudoun County is being awarded over $17M from the VATI grant program. Added to the $14M committed by Loudoun County (from federal ARPA funds) and over $21M from All Points Broadband, this means that Loudoun County residents can look forward to seeing the broadband gap eliminated.

About The Initiative

A partnership between Loudoun County, All Points Broadband, Dominion Electric, and NOVEC to apply for grants from the Commonwealth of Virginia’s VATI program and SCC Utility Leverage Program to build Fiber-to-the-Home to all homes and businesses in Loudoun County that do not currently have access to a wired broadband Internet service.
